HOW TO GET A CERTIFICATE

Individual
- Contract on the provision of certification services of the Bank Certification Service Center of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- A copy of the identity document of the signature holder;
- Application for using the Certificate Service (Generated from the system in real-time mode);
- Payment receipt.
Legal entity
- Contract on the provision of certification services of the Bank Certification Service Center of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Application for using the Certificate Service (Generated from the system in real-time mode);
- A copy of the identity document of the signature holder;
- power of attorney issued by the legal entity for actions on its behalf (certified by the signature and seal of the head of the legal entity);
- a list of employees applying for certification at the Center for Bank Certification Services approved by a legal entity and copies of their identity cards;
- extract confirming the position of the head who will receive the certificate;
- a document confirming the seal of the head;
Government
- Contract on the provision of certification services of the Bank Certification Service Center of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

The Bank Certification Services Center checks the authenticity of the documents submitted by the signer.
If the documents submitted are valid, a written agreement between the applicant and the Bank Certification Services Center will be made and the certificate issued, otherwise the Bank Certification Service Center will refuse to issue the certificate.
The contract must specify the type and description of the services provided, the terms, price, special conditions, other information included in the certificate, as well as the consent of the signator to the general search of the perfect certificates and information about them. The prices are determined taking into account the requirements of the current legislation.
The Bank Certification Services Center informs the certificate holder about the rules for the use of certificates and signatures, the legal status of the Bank Certification Services and the status of the accreditation before concluding a contract for the issuance of a certificate.
The prepared certificate is certified by the signature of the Bank Certification Service Center and submitted to the signer in electronic form.
The certificate issued is included in the "Certified Register of Certificates" issued by the Bank Certification Service Center and is considered broadcasted from the moment.
