Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with the Law of the President of Azerbaijan "On personal data" dated May 11, 2010 No. 998-III Q and subparagraphs 4.1 and 4.2. clause 4 of this Law, I give unlimited and unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Bank Certification Services Center” and declare that I am free acting in accordance with my own interests.

Consent to the processing of personal data is to take advantage of the services provided by the Bank Certification Services Center.

can use any means of processing personal data.

Currently, I agree that the Bank Certification Services Center can use all the personal information that it receives, as necessary, within the framework of technical activities for the preparation of statistical reports, for marketing and other research.

Current agreement is valid until I send the letter directly to the authorized person of the Bank Certification Services Center or writing a notice to the email address of the service about termination of this consent.

The Bank Certification Services Center should suspend processing of these data after receiving a written request from me to stop using personal data.
